The low-carb alternative to traditional rice is being rationed — customers can purchase two cauliflower rice bags a day — at two locations in the Northeast: South Orange, NJ, and Fairfield, CT. While the former establishment told Well + Good a cap is in effect, the latter said they are not "actively enforcing" the ration.
