Some of Our Favorite Mugshots — Mugshots

Earlier this week, I professed my love for mismatched mugs. I love opening my cabinet to find a bunch of random colors and shapes. Even more, I love that each mug reminds me of a different person, event, or place.

What It Means to Be a Good Cook, According to You — Reader Intelligence Report

Last week, we asked you what it means to be a good cook. It's different for everyone. When some people think of a good cook, their minds automatically go to their moms, who could magically make dinner out of nothing. Or that moment when they finally mastered making an omelet (there's an art to it!). Or their friend who really should be on Top Chef.

Here's what you guys had to say.

What’s Your Favorite Midnight Snack? — Reader Intelligence Request

It's midnight, and you're still awake for whatever reason. Maybe you just can't sleep, maybe you can't put a certain book down, or maybe you're just a night owl. Your stomach starts to grumble a little bit and you look towards the fridge and the pantry. What are you going to do about it?

Midnight snacks are secret pleasures in and of themselves. It's not a part of that whole "three square meals a day" mentality, and it's probably not something your nutritionist would say is a good idea.
